Janice has nearly 40 years of real estate experience. She has been the broker/owner of Shore Line Realty since 1996 and partnering with her son, Mike Damiata, a broker associate with Shore Line since 2011. She is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager(CRB), a Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), and a Graduate Real Estate Institute(GRI). She was the Lake County Board of Realtors president in 1985 and 1986 and recognized as Realtor of the Year in 1986. Shore Line Realty received the Stars of Lake County award in 2001 for the Large Business of the Year. Janice takes pride in setting the example for herself and her team to achieve the extraordinary while building the best real estate agency in Lake County.

Mike has been a broker associate with Shore Line Realty since 2011 after spending 18 years in residential and commercial lending, banking and finance. His vast experience and knowledge of the real estate and lending industry over nearly 30 years gives him a unique perspective of the real estate business and allows him to problem solve all aspects of the real estate deals he is involved in. Mike relocated his family to Lake County in 2008 and loves working in a family run business. He also enjoys coaching high school basketball at Clear Lake High School and being heavily involved in the local community.  He has been married to his wife, Rachelle for over 20 years and they have two boys who both graduated from Clear Lake High School.
